Portal Help

Instructions for How to Sign in to the Portal 

  1. Go to https://maraboon.pettechpro.com.au/portal/
  2. If you have used the portal before, sign in using your email address and password 
  3. If you have never used the portal before, click on the 'existing clients but never used the portal' option.
    1. Enter your email address and hit 'reset your password'.
    2. You will then be sent a link to your email which you will need to open and then activate the account. 
  4. If you do not remember any of your details, please contact us and we will email you a new link. 

Instructions for How to Pay your Invoice on the Portal

  1. Once signed into the portal, click on 'Bookings' and then in the drop down list select 'List Bookings'
  2. Locate the booking you would like to pay
  3. Put the amount due in the 'Make payment' box.
  4. Click 'Make An Online Payment' and follow the prompts to enter your card details. 

Instructions for Sign your Contract on the Portal

  1. Once signed into the portal, click on 'Bookings' and then in the drop down list select 'List Bookings'
  2. Locate the booking you would like to sign for
  3. Click on 'Sign' and read the contract terms and conditions. Once you agree to the terms, tick the 'Yes' and click in the 'Signature Box'.
  4. Sign your name and hit 'Save', then hit 'Save' again. 

Instructions for Uploading your Vaccination Certificate

  1. Once signed into the portal, click on 'Pets' tab and then in the drop down list select 'List Pets'
  2. Locate the Pet you would like to upload a vaccination certificate for and click 'edit'. 
  3. Select the 1 or 3 year certificate upload button
  4. Attach your vaccination document and press 'open', then click 'save'.
