JUST A BATH?

Basic Bath - Includes Bath, Towel Dry and Nail Trim

• This bath is for any dog!
• This is a basic bath using our master-grooming products, a quick towel dry and a nail trim!
• This bath does not include any clipping or scissoring. 
• It is the ultimate service for ensuring your dog goes home smelling fresh as a daisy.

Deluxe Bath - Includes Bath, Blow dry, Quick Brush & Nail Trim

• This bath is for any dog!
• This bath is one step better than the basic bath and includes a bath using our master-grooming products, blow-dry to remove excess hair, quick brush out to smooth the coat and a nail trim!
• Please note that this bath does not include any clipping or scissoring. It is also unsuitable for dogs that are matted or have coats 'that need some work'. If your dog is matted or requires more attention to its coat, you may need to consider a full groom or demault.  
• It is the ultimate service for ensuring your dog has that extra pamper and goes home smelling as fresh as a daisy!

SINGLE COATED DOGS

Tidy/Maintenance 

• This groom is generally for single coated dogs that get groomed regularly.
• This groom is best used 'in between full grooms' or for owners who prefer the 'long, but tidy look' to their dogs hair coat.
• It includes a nail trim, bath using master-grooming products, blowdry, brush-out, scissor tidy around the feet and face and a hygiene clip around the genitals, bottom, eyes and belly.
• This groom does not include any clipping or length taken off the body.

Full Clip

• This groom is for single coated dogs and is the general 'go to' standard groom. 
• It includes a nail trim, bath using master-grooming products, blowdry, brush-out and a full clip and scissor shape finish around the head and body. 
• This groom is the most common type of groom and is best for obtaining that 'teddy bear' look. It's tidy and gorgeous! 
• Our groomers can cut your furbabies hair to whatever length you like, whether long for winter or short and sweet for summer!

Custom/Breed Specific Clip

• This groom is for single coated dogs that want that designer breed look!
• This groom is usually specific to breed and often seen in show dogs! Examples include poodles, schnauzers, westies etc.
• It includes a nail trim, bath using master-grooming products, blowdry, brush-out and a full clip and scissor shape finish around the head and body to suit the breed. 
• It's tidy, gorgeous and the most superior groom! 
• Please ensure you give us detailed instructions or even bring a photo along with your furbaby to show us exactly what you want! Our groomers will aim to achieve your desired look, however it may take consequetive grooms to achieve that perfect breed look!

DOUBLE COATED DOGS

Demault/Deshed - Standard

• This groom is the essential package for double coated dogs.
• A demault specifically focuses on loosening and removing the dead undercoat that is generally shed in double-coated dogs.  

The Process

• Warm bath with master-grooming de-shedding shampoos and conditioners that specifically focus on loosening the shedding fur. These shampoos help to moisturise and hydrate your dog’s skin and fur follicles making them less likely to be dry, brittle and fall out in the form of shedding.
• Blow-dry using a high velocity cool-air dryer that loosens and releases excess fur. This is the most satisfying step!
• Brushing, brushing, and more brushing with special demault brushes that are designed to get in and remove most of that loose fur (it’s hard work but the results are priceless!)
• Comb to perfection - This is where our groomers comb over the whole coat, ensuring all matts, knots and loosened undercoat are removed. 

Don’t expect a shedding-free dog when you pick up your pet!  This process dramatically improves the amount of shedding your dog will do but hair will always continue to grow. When you run your fingers through your dog’s fur, it will be noticeably and obviously thinner and most owners report their dog tends to shed less with regular demaulting.  Dogs that shed a lot should see us every 4-6 weeks at first, for best results.  Then 8-10 weeks as needed.

• This groom is the deluxe package for double coated dogs.

• It also includes a scissor finish for achieving that breed specific look!

Cancellation/No Show Policy

Our grooming studio appointments are in high demand and in order to maintain an efficient grooming schedule & high standard of service we have had to make some changes. Please make note of our new cancellation and no show policy moving forward.  Obviously we would have preferred not to have made these changes, however ‘no shows’ are becoming a frequent issue.  

CANCELLATIONS

We be requiring at least 24 hours’ notice, via phone call, if you are unable to make your grooming appointment. If you give us less than 24 hrs notice, we will charge you a $50 cancellation fee.

NO SHOW CANCELLATIONS

If you do not attend your dog’s grooming appointment and have failed to contact us, we will charge you a $95 cancellation fee.
