About the Owners
Developed and Directed by Angi and Alec Sutherland, this facility has been a dream project of theirs for 2 years. After 4 years of owning and operating the Maraboon Vet Surgery, Angi the directing vet, realised that the Central Highlands was in high demand for animal accommodation of this calibre. So the planning process for this project began and the dream came true in 2016.
About the Facility
Using Therian architects, Hammertime Building and the well acclaimed USA Mason System, the Maraboon Pet Resort is state of art in design and 100% guaranteed to be adored by your pets. It is a veterinary super clinic that believes pets are an important part of your family who deserve the very best of care and aims to cater for every need that your pet may require including holiday accomodation, grooming, day care, surgical and medicinal needs.
The Canine Resort
The brand new dog accommodation has been specifically designed to ensure all of our furry friends have the safest and most comfortable stay with us while you’re away. With state of the art indoor/outdoor rooms, climate control, large outdoor play yards, comprehensive security, comfortable bedding and impenetrable fencing, your pet is in the best hands possible. And for that little something extra, try our large luxury cabins with full air conditioning, deluxe bedding, individual exercise yards, custom feeding program, personal grooming and daily photo updates.
The Feline Resort
If you look up ‘divine’ in the dictionary, you will find our cattery. With stylish wood grain decor, air conditioning, lavish bedding, integrated cubby ventilation and a large playtime area, your cat will be home away from home. If you really want to spoil your furry friend, the luxury cubby may better suit your needs with a bigger cubby, separate litter tray room, custom feeding program and extended cat playtime.
Grooming Studio
For that beautiful summer look, Emerald’s only full pet grooming studio is the ultimate salon experience. With highly qualified and experienced staff, you can expect your pet to be bathed, clipped and styled professionally, with that little bit of finesse.
Doggy Day Care
Do you need that extra assurance that your pet is in safe hands during the day while you work or run errands? Our Doggy Day Care facility is the only one of its kind in the Central Highlands. With a variety of packages available to suit your needs, your dog is sure to have a fun-filled day in our large play yards with all its other friends.
